I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, but unfortunately, there were significant issues with hot water and some parts of the hotel felt quite shabby. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which affected service levels. However, the ongoing refurbishment signals improvements are on the way, so it's worth considering in the future.

The staff were genuinely helpful, which made our experience a bit more enjoyable despite the challenges. However, we were initially placed in a much smaller room due to renovations, and the reception seemed a bit disorganized. The location is excellent, just minutes from the center, but parking fees are a bit steep. I'm willing to return in hopes that they can improve the service and maintain the facilities better.
